Ingredients:
Semolina 1/2 cup
Grated fresh coconut 1/2 cup
Milk 1/4 cup


Sugarcane honey 6 table spoons
Cardamom whole 3 pieces
Ghee or bottled butter 2 table spoons

Process:
Heat little bit of ghee or butter, add semolina, stir it until it becomes golden brown. Mix milk and cardamom seeds together cook it for 2 mins. Now add grated coconut with sugarcane honey, stir it in low flame for 7 mins.

After that time, when semolina will be ticked keep it aside. Make round ball and press it as showing in the picture. Again, heat ghee or clarified butter into the pan, slightly roast all of them just for 2 min.
