Easy Hummus and Veggie Wrap
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Fresh spinach leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lay the tortilla flat on a plate or cutting board.
- Spread the hummus evenly over the tortilla, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Layer the chopped cucumber, tomato, red onion, shredded carrots, and crumbled feta cheese over the hummus.
- Add a handful of fresh spinach leaves on top.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the edges as you go.
- Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately, or wrap in plastic wrap to enjoy later.
