Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets, skin on
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dill, and garlic.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the marinade, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin side down, and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve the grilled salmon hot, garnished with lemon wedges.
