Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Dill


  • 4 salmon fillets, skin on
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving


  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dill, and garlic.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the marinade, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin side down, and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve the grilled salmon hot, garnished with lemon wedges.
